A Little About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a wife and mama who loves making memories with my husband, daughter, and big Italian family.
A few fun facts about me:
Sunshine and a good playlist can instantly make my day better.
I’m a total foodie and love to try new restaurants.
I am a proud cat lady!
You can usually find me watching Dancing with the Stars.
My day is rarely complete without an iced coffee or an Alani energy drink.

My Approach
I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques to help you better understand yourself, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Healing happens through genuine connection, compassion, and hope.
